Job Title: Business Development Executive

Position Summary
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring corporate and retail clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth across the Company's travel and tourism products and services.
- The successful candidate must possess extensive experience within the travel and tourism industry and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building profitable client relationships.

- Monthly and annual revenue targets achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, government, SME, and retail sectors.
- Generate new revenue streams through the sale of travel management services, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, holiday packages, travel insurance, and related services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of prospects into clients.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and business meetings to secure contracts and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling travel products and services.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, embassies, corporate organizations, tourism boards, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve market penetration and business growth.
Reporting & Performance Management:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client engagements, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue achievements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Travel Management within the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, travel management, visa processing, corporate travel services, and tourism products.
- Existing network of corporate clients and industry contacts will be an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
