Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations, coordinating logistics, liaising with clients and field representatives, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
- Track truck movements and deliveries to ensure timely service.
- Liaise with clients, drivers, depot personnel, and field representatives.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on customer requests and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
- Support management in planning and executing operational strategies.
- Coordinate logistics and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in logistics, haulage, oil and gas, or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
