Job Summary

• We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Biology Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations, including WAEC, NECO, and other relevant assessments.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures.
• Assess, record, and monitor students' academic progress.
• Develop instructional materials and employ innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Participate in departmental activities, staff meetings, and other school functions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biology Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and TRCN certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence.
