Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring the availability and visibility of the company's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products within the assigned territory.
- The role requires achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and executing trade activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure optimum product availability and visibility across all assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collect market intelligence and provide reports on competitors' products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor customers' outstanding payments and support debt recovery efforts in line with company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and route plans.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Participate in sales meetings, product trainings, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.

- Achievement of sales volume and revenue targets.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Distribution coverage and market penetration.
- Product availability rate.
- Outlet visitation compliance.
- Collection efficiency and reduction in outstanding debts.

Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in FMCG sales or a similar field sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with distributors and retail channels is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary N200,000 monthly.
