Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: 157 Old Lagos–Asaba Road, Agbor, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and dependable Sales Representative who will drive sales, support marketing activities, manage records, and provide administrative support.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong character, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell agro products including poultry feeds, poultry equipment, and veterinary drugs.
• Actively engage in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Attend to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Follow up on orders and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Document sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
• Support interns/IT students in daily operational activities and practical learning.
• Meet assigned sales targets for both individual and branch performance.
• Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time by the Head of Operations or Management.

Required Competencies

• HND or B.Sc Degree in any field.
• Minimum experience level: 0–1 year.
• Sales Representative (Female, ≤ 30 years)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills and record-keeping ability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different departmental roles.Qualifications & Requirements
• Female candidate, not more than 30 years old.
• Animal science or agriculture-related experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, One Sunday per month, or any Sunday as required for essential duties/task with transportation allowance for Sunday duty calls

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
