We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Audit Associate

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits, including operational, financial, and compliance audits across different departments and branches.
• Perform audit testing and document audit procedures in accordance with audit programs.
• Analyze business processes and identify control weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on previous audit findings and ensure corrective actions have been implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to warehouses, ports, or branch offices as needed.
