Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Ozoro, Delta

Job Summary

• Jameda Concepts seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead its pilot healthcare centre in Ozoro.
• The role covers clinical service delivery, community outreach, HR, supply chain, technology systems, and financial oversight.
• The successful candidate will recruit and manage a multi-disciplinary team, achieve operational breakeven within 6 months, and support expansion plans by Year 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-quality outpatient care and patient flow.
• Drive community partnerships and patient acquisition.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and supply chain.
• Ensure facility readiness and technology systems.
• Document SOPs and support scaling of new centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations/management experience (2+ in healthcare, NGO, or social enterprise).
• Proven leadership of teams (10+ staff).
• Strong financial, procurement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and digital proficiency.
