Job Title: Value Chain Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are seeking smart, result - driven, and relationship - focused candidates to join our team as Value Chain Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and customer acquisition
• Promote loans, deposits, and other banking products
• Manage customer relationships within assigned sectors
• Conduct basic credit and financial analysis
• Monitor portfolio performance and loan repayments
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any related field with minimum of 1 year experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Sales and business development mindset.
• Good analytical and problem - solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations is an advantage.
• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.

Salary
N199,000 / month.
