Job Title: Stock Controller

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Controller to manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy across all systems and physical inventory.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, reconciling inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient inventory management processes.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience in inventory control are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system stock balances reflect physical stock levels.
• Monitor stock movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Update inventory data and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve stock accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for inventory tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
