Job Summary
- We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable healthcare organization for the position of Public Health Officer. The successful candidate will support public health programs, health promotion initiatives, disease prevention activities, and community health interventions.
Responsibilities
- Implement public health programs and projects.
- Conduct health education and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate community health activities.
- Collect and analyze public health data.
- Support disease prevention and control initiatives.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Health Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with communities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous public health experience is an added advantage.
