Empearl Consulting - Our client in the Oil & Gas / Energy Services is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Front End Development and Technical Interface Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategies for front-end development and technical maturation for all company projects and opportunities. and realisation process up to DG-3 handover.
• Manage the technical interface between existing assets and various projects (including plant, Greenfield & brownfield development, gas supply inlets, etc.).
• Accountable for technical deliverables pre-DG3 for all assigned projects, deploying necessary resources to manage key project deliverables, including PCAP, Risk Register and Management Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Impact Assessment, Project Schedule and Cost Estimate to support the project to Define Phase.
• HSSE Leadership: To always act in accordance with the Policy on Health, Safety and Environment and proactively manage HSE standards and compliance for own staff and contractors.

Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc / B.Eng in in related Engineering discipline
• A minimum of eight (10) years post-graduation experience, of which five (5) must have been spent on a similar position in the oil and gas sector.
• Shall be NSE/ COREN Registered.
