We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organised, discreet, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare meeting documentation.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Oversee daily office administration, utilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain petty cash records and support basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Monitor staff attendance and administrative compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
  • Support the implementation of internal administrative processes and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years' experience in executive assistance or office administration.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
