Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Operations Officer will support the smooth execution of daily operational activities by ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, effective risk control, and excellent customer service delivery.
- The role includes processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan disbursements, maintaining accurate transaction records, performing reconciliations, resolving operational discrepancies, managing cash handling activities, and supporting loan documentation processes.
- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is required.
- 1 - 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
