Job Title: Cleaner / Janitor
Location: Ipetu, Ijesha - Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Cleaning Production Areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and washing floors.
- Cleaning production machines, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Removing dust, dirt, grease, and waste materials.
- Maintaining Hygiene Standards
- Following health and safety regulations, especially in food or pharmaceutical production companies.
- Using cleaning chemicals correctly and safely.
- Waste Management, collecting and disposing of waste materials properly
- Proper handling ofcleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers.
- Reporting faulty cleaning tools or damaged equipment.
- Following company safety procedures and wearing protective equipment (PPE).
- Preventing contamination or accidents in the production environment.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning materials apromptly
- Following instructions from management regarding special cleaning tasks.
Additional Qualities
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Physical stamina.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
