We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect (Lead Consultant and Project Coordinator)

Location: Dutse, Jigawa

Job Summary 

• We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals, contractors, and specialist trades for the completion of an ongoing LPG Gas Plant ProjectlocatedinDutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria.

Scope of Engagement

• The selected professionals and contractors will be responsible for completing various construction, building services, finishing, renovation, andcoordinationworks associated with the project.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's orMaster's Degree in Architecturefrom a recognized institution.
• Registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7–10 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in commercial, industrial, office, or mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiencyin AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, specifications, project schedules, reports, and procurement support documentation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
