Job Title: Vice President, Credit & Risk Management
Location: Lagos
What You'll Do
- Lead Group credit policy and governance
- Drive portfolio risk analytics and monitoring
- Develop collections and recovery strategies
- Support investor reporting and risk assessments
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across markets
Requirements
- MBA or advanced Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field
- 10-15 years' experience in Credit Risk Management
- Background in PAYGO, Fintech, Microfinance, or Consumer Finance
- Expertise in Portfolio Management & Collections Strategy
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.)
- Fluency in English and French is required.
