Job Title: Sales Representative (IVD Industry)

Job Summary

• Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit a Sales Representative to support our growing presence in the Southern region.
• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across Beninand neighbouring states.
• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market cover.age within the state / region.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training where required.
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
• Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the IVD or medical diagnostics industry.
• Must be based in Benin.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and reagents is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the Southern region.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 monthly.
