Job Title: Management Trainee (Rollout Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and manage on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Support site engineers in quality control and material testing
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare project timelines and report progress
• Support in analyzing structural stability, anolysis and load calculations.
• Involve in fimely resolution of community issues to ensure smooth progress of site build activities
• Carry out site acceptance of civil and remedial.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline
• 0-3 years post-NYSC experience (site rollout, construction, or infrastructure projects are an advantage)
• Strong interest in telecommunications infrastructure, rollout, and fibre deployment
• Good understanding of construction principles, structural design, and site operations
• Basic knowledge of surveying, costing, and project execution
• Awareness of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
