Job Title: Team Lead, Growth & Activation
Location: Lagos
Description
- A new social media app is seeking a dynamic Growth & Activation Officer to spearhead direct marketing campaigns, drive user acquisition, and lead campus-based engagement strategies for a new social media app targeting youths and undergraduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute direct marketing strategies to achieve 100,000 app downloads within the first 3 months.
- Lead experiential campaigns for one-on-one awareness and immediate onboarding.
- Recruit and manage sub-activation personnel across tertiary institutions to ensure effective coordination and feedback.
- Collate and analyze data on target contacts and reward eligibility.
- Deliver measurable KPIs as agreed with management on a project-by-project basis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in direct marketing and target contacting for brands/agencies.
- Strong background in youth engagement, campus activations, or experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report performance metrics.
