Job Title: Beauty Sales Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 56hours per week

Job Summary

• We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and beauty products, and be able to confidently recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty products based on customer concerns and preferences.
• Educate customers on product usage, ingredients, benefits, and aftercare.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Process sales and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, new products, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a beauty store, cosmetics retail, skincare, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, makeup, and haircare products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic sales and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Applicants residing in or around Gwarinpa, Abuja will be given preference.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
