We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MAP Supervisor (Meter Acquisition & Promotion Supervisor)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Purpose

  • The MAP Supervisor is responsible for driving meter sales under the Meter Asset Provider (MAP) scheme for Turbo Energy, supervising meter installation activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and promoting the onboarding and adoption of the Pay4Power metering initiative.
  • The role involves managing field teams, engaging customers, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Meter Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Drive meter sales and achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer enrollment under the MAP scheme.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct customer sensitization and awareness campaigns on meter acquisition processes and benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enhance meter uptake.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Supervision of Meter Installers:

  • Coordinate and supervise meter installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.
  • Monitor installers' productivity and adherence to installation schedules.
  • Conduct regular field inspections and quality assurance checks on completed installations.
  • Ensure installers comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Resolve installation-related issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Verify installation records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Pay4Power Promotion and Onboarding
  • Promote the Pay4Power initiative to prospective and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits, payment plans, and enrollment process for Pay4Power.
  • Support customer registration, onboarding, and activation processes.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to increase Pay4Power adoption.
  • Track onboarding metrics and provide periodic performance reports.

Team Management and Reporting:

  • Supervise and mentor field sales representatives and installers.
  • Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
  • Analyze field data and recommend strategies for improved performance.

Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Address customer complaints and inquiries related to meter sales, installation, and Pay4Power services.
  • Liaise with community leaders, business groups, and other stakeholders to facilitate market penetration.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
