Job Title: Value Chain Officer

Locations: Sabo Yaba, Fadeyi, Tinubu Square, Moloney, and Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Value Chain Officer is responsible for driving deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth through the identification, onboarding, and management of high-value distributors, dealers, and businesses within targeted value chains.
• The role also supports customer retention and the delivery of tailored banking solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high-value distributors, dealers, and businesses within assigned value chains.
• Drive deposit mobilization and liability growth from value chain customers.
• Support branches and Relationship Managers in customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Conduct business development visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic business reports.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Deposit mobilization and liability growth.
• Customer acquisition and retention.
• Value chain portfolio growth.
• Revenue generation.
• Conversion of targeted distributors and dealers.
• Customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division.
• Maximum age of 29 years at the time of application.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, value chain financing, and credit analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet business targets.

Salary

• N200,000 per month.
