Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary
- To build and lead the company’s digital presence from the ground up, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across Nigeria’s agricultural ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a full-scale digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage website, social media platforms, and online brand positioning
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Drive lead generation campaigns targeting distributors, agro-dealers, and farmers
- Coordinate with branch teams for localized campaigns
- Develop seasonal campaigns aligned with planting cycles
- Oversee content strategy (product education, farmer awareness, promotions)
- Monitor analytics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Explore digital channels relevant to rural/agricultural markets.

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- 5+ years digital marketing experience
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools
- Experience in FMCG, agriculture, or distribution preferred
- Industry experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, Agro commodities, or distribution is highly preferred.
