Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet in Uyo.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, leading outlet staff, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor outlet sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Implement cost-control measures to minimize wastage and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, customer service, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to drive sales growth and improve outlet profitability.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N100,000 - 150,000 monthly.
