Job Summary

• They are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and clinically grounded skincare professional to join our growing team.
• Are you experienced in skincare consultations and confident in recommending safe, structured routines for melanin-rich skin?

What You’ll Do

• Review customer skin concerns, consultation forms and skin images
• Build safe AM & PM skincare routines using approved products
• Identify sensitive or high-risk cases requiring escalation
• Educate customers on sunscreen, patch testing, exfoliation and active ingredients
• Document consultations properly and support customer experience decisions
• Help reduce wrong recommendations and improve customer trust

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in skincare consultation, aesthetics, medspa, beauty clinic or dermatology support
• Strong knowledge of acne, hyperpigmentation, barrier damage, exfoliation, retinoids and skincare safety
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Organised, teachable and able to work independently
• Calm, professional and customer-friendly.

Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 monthly.
