Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and ongoing projects.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and customer requests.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customer service reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service, front desk, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
