Job Summary 

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and proven experience in the hospitality or QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Drive upselling and suggestive selling initiatives across all customer-facing staff.
• Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to prevent stock shortages.
• Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve profitability.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained.
• Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
