Job Title: Medical Sales Trainee

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Sales Trainee to join our team.
• The successful candidate will undergo structured training on pharmaceutical products, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory management.
• The trainee will support the sales team in promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, generating demand, and achieving sales targets while gaining practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the company's products and therapeutic areas.
• Assist in promoting products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
• Support demand generation and sales activities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Participate in training sessions, product presentations, and field coaching activities.
• Achieve assigned performance targets and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any Science-related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in pharmaceutical sales.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
