We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Management Supervisor / Inventory Officer

Location: Chevron-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
As a shortlet Officer:

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
  • Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
  • Overseeing building projects and renovations.
  • Run routine maintenance inspections
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed.

As an Inventory Officer:

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and condition of goods received against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
  • Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging analysis, and inventory turnover ratios, to assess inventory performance and identify trends or issues.
