Job Title: Manager, Marketing & Sales

Position Summary
- We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive strategic growth, market expansion, brand positioning, and revenue generation across our group of companies’ technology advancement, Fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a high-impact professional with strong experience in Fintech, enterprise technology, government solutions, or B2B/B2G sales environments, with a proven track record of leading high-performing marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead revenue generation initiatives for LRP, RevPay, RevBill, TechPay, and other enterprise solutions.
- Drive market penetration across government institutions, enterprises, and strategic sectors.
- Build and manage strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee brand management, digital marketing, campaigns, media visibility, and product positioning.
- Lead sales pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion optimisation.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel alliances.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing and sales team to achieve aggressive commercial targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for executive management.
- Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts to executive management.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools for pipeline tracking and performance management.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- An MBA or a relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–12 years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Strong experience in Fintech, technology solutions, SaaS, revenue systems, or public sector engagement.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and business analytics.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
- Strong capability in lead generation, pipeline management, deal closure, and revenue optimisation.
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, product positioning, and brand visibility.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing marketing and sales teams.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with government, enterprise clients, and partners.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals and influence key decision-makers.
- Ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and pitching abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive innovation in Fintech and technology solutions.
