We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Floor Manager

Location: Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations & Experience: Ensure guests are welcomed promptly, VIP sections are managed efficiently, and any complaints or special requests are handled with high professionalism.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff, including hostesses, waiters, and bartenders, to guarantee adequate shift coverage.
• Operations & Flow: Monitor table turnover, service speed, and overall lounge ambiance (lighting, music, and cleanliness). Coordinate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to prevent bottlenecks during peak hours.
• Inventory & Controls: Monitor stock levels of beverages, glassware, and menus, coordinating with management for timely restocking and wastage reduction.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, dress codes, and security policies to maintain a safe, orderly environment.
