Job Title: Visa Services Associate
Location: Lagos
What You'll Do
- Assess clients' eligibility and provide visa documentation.
- Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness
- Complete visa application forms and schedule embassy appointments
- Track application progress and keep clients informed throughout the process
- Stay updated on visa and immigration requirements across multiple destinations
- Maintain accurate visa processing records and reports
- Support clients to ensure smooth, compliant, and successful application experiences
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience in visa processing, travel consulting, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage
