Job Title: Communication & Community Manager

Description

  • Are you a creative storyteller, social media enthusiast, and community builder who is passionate about creating meaningful impact?
  • We are seeking a dynamic Communications & Community Manager to lead our digital communications, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and grow our online communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the communications activities of our foundation while also supporting the social media and digital communications needs of IMPREVA Limited, our affiliated travel services company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and grow online communities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Respond to enquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Produce compelling stories, graphics, videos, and campaigns that showcase organizational impact and travel experiences.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide periodic analytics reports.
  • Support publicity, partnership, fundraising, and event promotion initiatives.
  • Manage the social media presence and communications activities of IMPREVA Ltd to increase visibility, engagement, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in communications, community management, or social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and communication priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the nonprofit, social impact, education, or travel sectors is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
