Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all customers.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
