Job Title: Interior Architect

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary 

• Our Client, a premium design & real estate firm in Abuja is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Architect to design and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D working drawings (floor plans, lighting layouts, joinery).
• Produce high-quality 3D photorealistic renderings.
• Source luxury materials, finishes, and furniture (FF&E).
• Supervise site execution and manage contractors/artisans.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong portfolio showing both technical drawings and 3D renders.
• Excellent site supervision and client presentation skills.
• Experience: 3+ years in Interior Architecture/Design
• Tech Stack AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.
