We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to support our logistics operations by handling customer inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Provide updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
  • Prepare customer service reports and escalation logs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Support business development efforts through effective customer engagement.

Requirements
Education:

  • ND or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Experience in a logistics company will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must reside within close proximity to the office
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Must be computer literate and willing to learn logistics management systems.
  • Both Gender can apply but preferably a female.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly; (Slightly Negotiable).
