Job Summary

  • The Store Manager (must be an accountant) is responsible formanaging inventory, stock movements, store records, and inventory accountability while ensuringaccuratereporting and minimal losses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inventory within the store.
  • Monitor stock receipts, transfers, and issuances.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Investigate inventory variances.
  • Maintainaccurateinventory records.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment activities.
  • Monitor stock expiry and product rotation.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Implement inventory control procedures.
  • Supervise store personnel.
  • Support audit and stock verification exercises.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory or store management.
  • Strong accounting background is mandatory.
