Job Summary
- The Store Manager (must be an accountant) is responsible formanaging inventory, stock movements, store records, and inventory accountability while ensuringaccuratereporting and minimal losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inventory within the store.
- Monitor stock receipts, transfers, and issuances.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate inventory variances.
- Maintainaccurateinventory records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Monitor stock expiry and product rotation.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Implement inventory control procedures.
- Supervise store personnel.
- Support audit and stock verification exercises.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory or store management.
- Strong accounting background is mandatory.
