Job Summary

• The Mart Manager is responsible foroverseeing retail operations, maximizing sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the mart.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Supervise sales staff andmonitorproductivity.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention.
• Monitor cash handling and daily sales reporting.
• Minimize inventory losses and shrinkage.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper store presentation.
• Prepare operational and sales performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' retail management experience.
• Experience in supermarket or retail operations is highly desirable.
