Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Van / Delivery Sales Agents to join our sales team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock within assigned vans, servicing customers, expanding the customer base, and ensuring product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate must be able to combine driving responsibilities with active sales activities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE qualification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG distribution sector.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid LASDRI certificate
• Ability to drive and sell effectively.
• Good knowledge of assigned routes and traffic regulations.
• Proficiency in the use of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Knowledge of Sales Fundamentals, Steps of a Sales Call, Persuasive Selling Techniques, and Objection Handling is an added advantage.
