We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
• Present bills and process customer payments accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant daily.
• Uphold the restaurant's service standards and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
