We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Intermediate UI Designer (Intermediate, Specialist, Consultant)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to work under timelines and changing priorities.
• Experience using UI/UX design tools and design systems.
• Familiarity with responsive design, front end frameworks, and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of usability, scalability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to follow documentation and design governance standards.
• Ability to maintain UI specifications, user flows, and design artefacts.
• Strong discipline in documentation and handover processes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and usability standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user centric designs.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Awareness of accessibility and secure design considerations.
• Understanding of enterprise design and governance standards.
• Ability to support multiple projects where required.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and design requirements.
• Working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience depending on role level (Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Demonstrated experience working in enterprise scale digital, IT, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross functional collaboration.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
