Job Title: Spy Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly disciplined, vigilant, and experienced Spy Driver to provide safe, secure, and discreet transportation services.
• The ideal candidate will possess advanced defensive driving skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional situational awareness while ensuring the safety and comfort of assigned executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport assigned executives to various destinations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Conduct route planning, risk assessments, and identify alternative routes to ensure safe and timely travel.
• Monitor surroundings and remain alert to potential security threats or suspicious activities.
• Apply defensive and evasive driving techniques when necessary to ensure passenger safety.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition through regular inspections, servicing, and cleanliness.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks, including fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and fluid levels.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle-related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and organizational security protocols.
• Coordinate with security personnel where required during executive movements.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and emergency assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence with an excellent driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Spy Driver, Executive Driver, or Security Driver.
• Formal training in defensive driving or executive protection is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos road networks, particularly Lekki and its environs.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and medically capable of handling demanding driving assignments.
