Job Title: In-Store Sales Agent

Locations: Island & Mainland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The In-Store Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions at partner retail stores.
• The role involves engaging customers, explaining product benefits, guiding them through the application process, and driving product adoption while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions at partner retail stores. • Engage customers and explain product benefits.
• Assist customers through the application and onboarding process.
• Meet sales targets and provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (financial services experience is an added advantage).
• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Ability to use digital/mobile tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector. • Strong relationship-building abilities and a high level of integrity.

Remuneration
Net Salary: N185,000 / month + Performance-Based Incentives.
