Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Victoria Island - Lagos

Job Summary

  • As the Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, resolving customer inquiries, facilitating seamless onboarding, and ensuring a positive customer experience across the company's digital financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests across phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Guide users through onboarding, account setup, transactions, and platform-related issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve products and services
  • Educate customers on platform features, payment processes, and digital financial solutions to enhance user experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years experience in customer support, customer success, relationship management, or a similar role within fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech products, and customer service best practices
  • Good knowledge of stablecoin dynamics, blockchain addresses, wallet networks, and digital asset transactions
  • Must have hands-on experience transacting with stablecoins and supporting customers on transaction-related issues.

Salary
N300,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
