Job Title: Client Acquisition Personnel

Role Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Personnel to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition initiatives.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
