Description

• Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in real estate sales? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive sales in Abuja.
• We are looking for candidate who understands the luxury real estate market, can build strong investor relationships, and consistently delivers outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premium residential and commercial real estate units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking and industry events.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of closing deals.
• Established network of investors, real estate buyers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly + Commission.
