Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a new fiber production company, a critical component used by foam manufacturers, located within the Bridgehead Industrial cluster in Onitsha, Anambra State.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Human Resources Officer is responsible to effectively assist and support the HR Manager to attract, develop and retain top talents in the company ensuring their welfare and optimization to achieve set organizational goals.

Job Description

• Facilitate the recruitment and selection procedures.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities.

• Follow through on all job engagement documentations, job evaluations and job descriptions for all positions in the organization.
• Scheduling management interface with employees on HR issues; hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling.
• Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.

Qualification

• HND / B.Sc / BA Degree
• HR Certification is an advantage.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years work experience in HR is required
• Candidate must be a passionate about HR, People-Management and Business Sustainability
• They must have worked or currently working in a company with organized systems and procedures as HR Officer

Other Conditions:

• Ideal candidates should presently reside in Bridgehead-Onitsha or environ.
• They should be ready to be interviewed Physically in Onitsha

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
