Job Title: Head of Risk and Strategy

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The Head of Risk & Strategy will lead enterprise risk management and strategic planning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Identify, assess and mitigate strategic, financial and operational risks.
• Lead corporate strategy development and execution monitoring.
• Conduct business performance reviews and strategic assessments.
• Advise executive management on emerging risks and opportunities.
• Support governance, compliance and business continuity initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
• Strong background in strategy, risk management and corporate planning.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
