Job Title: Content Creator / Videographer

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator / Videographer to join our Brand Marketing team in Warri.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that promotes our brand, products, services, and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • This role requires a hands-on creative professional who can take projects from concept to completion, including content planning, filming, editing, and publishing. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, current content trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video and photo content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Cover company events, activations, promotions, and community engagements.
  • Edit videos using professional editing software, ensuring high production quality and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Stay up to date with content trends, platform updates, and emerging creative techniques.
  • Organize and maintain digital content archives and production equipment.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improving engagement and reach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Film Production, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous content creation and video production work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
  • Good understanding of social media content trends and platform best practices.
  • Experience with photography, lighting, audio recording, and post-production workflows.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must reside in Warri or nearby areas and be available for regular on-site work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media content for brands or businesses.
  • Skills in motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
  • Experience covering events and producing real-time content.
  • Knowledge of content analytics and performance reporting.
