Job Title: Head of Agriculture

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The successful candidates shall be responsible for driving growth, innovation, operational excellence and strategic expansion across our businesses.
• The Head of Agriculture will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Company's agricultural investments and value-chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agricultural production strategies.
• Oversee farming operations, processing and value addition initiatives.
• Improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage agribusiness projects and partnerships.
• Lead agricultural technology adoption and innovation.
• Coordinate research, extension and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial farming, agribusiness and agricultural value chains.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in large-scale agricultural operations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
